A total of 15 members make up the KT Board, of which 10 members are elected by members at the Annual General Meeting to serve a 3 years term. 4 are selected from Army, Navy, Air Force and Civilian respectively upon 1 year term of service. The remaining 1 are selected from Board Members Urusan Gaji ATM upon 1 year term of service.

Several committees are setup to look after specific task such as Property/Investment, Finance, Personnel/Membership, Loan, Insurance, Training/Scholarship, and Internal Audit Committee. Every committee has the responsibility to evaluate new proposals or policies before bringing them up to Board Meetings for approval before implementation.
