24 hours protection worldwide on duty or off duty worlwide (excluding non-recognized countries by Malaysia).
Hospitalization :
- Panel Hospital – Cashless Admission (Guarantee Letter will be issued by Etiqa Family Takaful Bhd)*
- Non-Panel Hospital – Reimbursement basis (pay and claim)*
- Post Hospitalization (Follow-Up)- Reimbursement basis (pay and claim)
- Government Hospital / HAT / RSAT / PPAT – Members eligible to claim Hospital Bill and Daily Cash Allowance of RM200.00 per night

1. Submit Initial Claim Notification form to the Koperasi Tentera within 30 days after the date of incidence / admission.
2. Submit all completed documents to Koperasi Tentera after 90 days from date of discharge / consultation.
3. The Claim Form is available at any of the Koperasi Tentera Branch offices.
